・Good customer service and good communication
・Take special greeting to all guests
・Improve interpersonal and communication skills of the staff in order to develop their ability to reach on customer satisfaction
・Japanese / Chinese guidance to Cambodian staff
・Operating activities support for Japanese/Chinese customers, promotion to Japanese/Chinese tourists
・Coordinate sales and promote sales activities with tour agent

job requirements

・Japanese/Chinese Native
・University degree in Hotel and Tourism Management
・Fluent in English
・Creative, flexible and open minded
・Customer service oriented at all the time with positive attitude
・Performance management skills, excellent communication skills
・PC skills (MS.Word,MS.Excel and E-mail), illustrator is a plus

working condition

・Working time: 09:00-19:00 ( Break Time 2hrs)
・Working day: 6days / week
