Job description

・Greeting customers who visit the shop
・Be involved in stock control and management
・Answering queries from customers
・Creative and smart flexible
・Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor
・Responsible dealing with customer complaints
・Solving all happened problems
・Knowledge about travel agency
・Get booking from travel agency and response to them
・Facebook message response

job requirements

・English & Chinese but if can use Japanese is also advantage.
・PC skill (Microsoft office skill)
・Having a friendly and engaging personality.
・Should have a confident manner( Positive Thinking)
・Must be helpful and polite
・Able to work as part of a sales team
・Should be of a smart appearance and articulate

working condition

・Full time job
・Working time : 8:00-17:30 PM
・Rotation shift holiday, 6days/week
・Other benefit plus: Attendance, Health, Residency & commute and seniority allowance
